Practical introduction to microtechnical fabrication

The tutorial aims to provide students with practical skills and knowledge in the manufacture of micro components and devices. This includes the use of micromachining techniques, precision measuring equipment and analysis and quality control procedures.

The tutorial teaches basic knowledge about the process sequences in microtechnical production. Typical processes in micro-production technology are presented and tested in practice. At the end of the tutorial, the processes of the practical work are to be summarized in a report.
