Last Thursday, March 28th, 2024, Selina Raumel successfully completed her doctorate degree on the topic of "Detection of temperature in frictional contact by means of component-inherent sensors for enhanced wear prediction" with a presentation and an oral examination. The IMPT congratulates the new Dr.-Ing. on her defense with distinction! Selina Raumel will remain at the IMPT in the field of tribology, where she will continue to investigate tribological issues in inert and almost oxygen-free atmospheres in the Collaborative Research Center 1368.
