The Mädchen*-und-Technik Tag has been organized by the IMPT 2008. The highlight video from the most recent event in November 2025 is finally available online!
With 240 registrations, the year 2025 marked a milestone: more participants than ever before. The program was therefore also bigger than ever: the number of projects nearly doubled! Participants were able to choose from 23 projects and 7 lunchtime events. While the main organization is handled by our strongly engaged M*uT team, an event of this size cannot be put together without additional help. The event was made possible thanks to the support of institutes within the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, the Faculty of Civil Engineering, the Hannover Medical School, the Ada Lovelace Great-Granddaughters Foundation, projects such as HorsePower and UniKIK, and numerous non-university partners (Siemens AG, Baker Hughes, Robert Bosch GmbH, Laseroptik GmbH, and the Employment Agency).
M*uT received financial support from the Region Hannover, the University Office for Diversity of Opportunity, the IdeenExpo, TRR 375, SFB 1153, SFB 1368, and SPP 2100. In 2026, Mädchen*-und-Technik Tag 2026 will take place on November 16; registration opens, as it does every year, on August 1, 2026, on the M*uT website (German).
